Did Jakks Pacific’s Avengers movie board game reveal Loki’s army?

Does it confirm that it’s the Skrulls?

My take is no.

Kevin Feige categorically denied the involvement of the Skrulls.

Also: They managed to keep the identity of the movie’s secondary villains totally shrouded in mystery - maybe even from licensed merchandisers. Looking at the Skrulls’ design for this board game as well as the botched video game, it’s clear that their basis is the comic book. This tells me that merchandise manufacturers have no idea either who the secondary villains are and the Skrulls are just the logical, default, fallback if they need to produce an “army” for their toy lines and games.

Remember when we thought the upcoming Heroclix line revealed the Red Skull was the secondary villain? 

Yeah, Kevin Feige denied that too!
